What web servers do *most* domains use?

The June 2011 Web Survey had some interesting data about the various web servers (Apache, Microsoft IIS, NGINX, etc) used across most of the websites (346M+) on the entire Internet. As you might expect, Apache leads by a wide margin -- most likely because of parking.

As noted on news.Ycombinator.com, "Comparing the two [Apache and IIS] over all domains is ridiculous as this includes mass domains such as parked domains which can easily give Apache 10s of millions of useless stat points as one registrar switches a couple of servers."

Interesting conversation here.
